What You'll Do: Own and maintain the Weekly Delivery Pulse and Monthly RAG reporting for P1/P2 accounts. Monitor utilization, bench, and ramp-up/down trends, proactively managing exceptions to keep delivery on track. Maintain dashboards and delivery health metrics (scope, schedule, quality, team, commercials, governance). Track headcount movement, bench, and ramp-down risk across accounts. Partner with HR, Talent, and Resourcing to maintain visibility into open positions, time-to-fill, and redeployment. Drive action follow-ups across Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, and CoE leads, enforcing owners and due dates. Support the delivery governance cadence, including agendas, minutes, action logs, and risk registers. Partner with Finance on margin and revenue reporting accuracy.
What You Bring: Extensive professional experience in a delivery, resource management, PMO, or operations role within professional services or technology consulting. Strong data skills beyond Excel: comfortable using AI tools for reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation; experience with Workday PSA or a similar PSA/ERP system is preferred. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and holding team members accountable to deadlines. Excellent structured communication skills, with the ability to turn data into a clear executive narrative. Experience within a Big 4 or an IT services/outsourcing environment is a strong plus. Extensive, hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
