About the role

Corporate Account ManagerThe Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing partner accounts across Rebel Athletic divisions and related product lines. This role focuses on relationship development, account retention, and revenue expansion through consistent communication, proactive service, and strategic upselling.This is an inside sales role centered on cultivating long-term partnerships and maximizing account value. The position requires strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to identify opportunities to expand business within existing customers while delivering a high level of service and execution.This is a full-time position that requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. As a sales representative, you are expected to dedicate your time to managing customer relationships, prospecting, appointments, events, and territory development. Due to the nature of the role, workweeks may regularly exceed 40 hours during peak seasons, competitions, events, and customer deadlines.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of assigned partner accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and supportBuild and maintain strong relationships with coaches, program directors, and decision-makersIdentify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion into additional product lines or divisionsMaintain consistent communication with customers to understand needs, timelines, and upcoming opportunitiesCoordinate presentations, product recommendations, and order planning with customersEnsure all customer communication is handled quickly, accurately, and professionallyManage customer expectations related to timelines, approvals, and delivery requirementsWork closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Operations teams to ensure accurate order executionTrack account activity, opportunities, and revenue performanceSubmit required reports and updates on account status and performanceSupport high-profile accounts and collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives when neededAssist with event preparation, customer outreach, and follow-up related to key accountsProvide a high level of service that reinforces customer loyalty and long-term retentionIdentify and escalate risks, issues, or opportunities within accountsRequired Qualifications2+ years of outside or territory sales experienceProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsDemonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closingStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage a territory without supervisionHigh level of organization and time managementProficiency in Microsoft Office and general CRM usageValid driver's license and ability to travel extensivelyPreferred QualificationsExperience in cheer, dance, athletics, or apparelExisting network within schools, gyms, or athletic programsExperience with event-based or seasonal sales cyclesCompensation StructureThis position follows a draw against commission model. You will receive bimonthly draw payments that are recouped against future commissions. Once earned commissions exceed the annual draw amount, additional commissions are paid according to the Rebel Athletic Sales Compensation Plan.
