About the role
Managing client relationships for public schools, the full-time Manager of Client Success will ensure client satisfaction, drive product adoption, and lead onboarding efforts in a 100% remote capacity.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in public school districts

Required qualifications
Experience in client success or account management, preferably in the education sector
Strong understanding of K-12 education systems and challenges faced by public schools
Proven track record of driving product adoption and customer satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM software and client management tools
