About the role

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Senior Consultant, EHS Compliance based in Indianapolis, IN or St. Louis, MO to tackle regulatory challenges for global clients and expand technical depth. You’ll support environmental, health, and safety requirements while collaborating with Project Managers and Partners across diverse projects. You will conduct fieldwork and reporting, build strong client relationships, and contribute to safer, compliant operations.
