About the role

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Temporary Store Planning Coordinator to join their team in New York City on a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH). This is a temporary, full-time role that will start ASAP and continue for tentatively 3-6 months with the potential to extend based on performance and the needs of the business.
Responsibilities: Support store development projects including openings, remodels, relocations, and maintenance Track timelines, budgets, shipments, purchase orders, and invoices Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and communicate any risks or delays Additional duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in retail, construction, facilities, or project coordination Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) with strong attention to detail
