About the role

Paxxon Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for our assisted living and memory care community in Naperville, IL. The COTA administers treatment plans under the direction of the Occupational Therapist and assists with patient documentation as directed by the OT. Responsibilities include applying appropriate therapy techniques, ensuring patient dignity, and communicating with physicians, the POA, nurses, and other care staff to maintain
