About the role
Coinbase is seeking a Principal Recruiter to partner with senior leaders and own full‐lifecycle recruiting across Core functions. This is a remote‐first role with quarterly in‐person surges, requiring ownership of complex, senior searches and global scaling. You will build pipelines, map talent, analyze hiring data, and drive process improvements that increase velocity and quality while maintaining a human, values‐driven approach to AI‐assisted recruitment.
