About the role

RightMove Health LLC seeks a Director of Operations for the Midwest to lead network strategy, growth, and provider relations. You will partner with Medical Director and market leadership to execute the regional vision. This role requires 10+ years in network ops, strong negotiation and contracting skills, and a proven ability to scale a high-performing provider network across multiple states. Travel 50–75% within the Midwest is expected as you drive clinical and commercial outcomes.
