About the role

The Bridge Church is seeking a passionate, strategic Director of Adult Discipleship to lead Life Groups across campuses, develop discipleship pathways, and oversee systems that help people take next steps in their relationship with Jesus. You will recruit and coach Life Group leaders, develop curriculum, and oversee assimilation and baptism processes. You will also manage discipleship resources, coordinate events and leadership development, and serve on the Pastoral Team to advance church health
