About SERHANT.   About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Growth Manager to join our team and specialize in sourcing and selecting top-performing real estate agents. As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented agents who can thrive in the competitive real estate industry. Your primary responsibility will be to build a pipeline of skilled agents and assist in expanding our team's presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for connecting with exceptional real estate professionals. Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Utilize targeted channels (online platforms, industry networks, real estate associations, etc.) to actively source and attract experienced and aspiring real estate agents  Candidate Screening: Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, track records, and suitability for our team  Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews, either through video conferencing or in-person, to assess candidates' skills, market knowledge, sales abilities, and cultural fit within our organization  Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals to understand their career goals, market expertise, and potential fit with our team  Collaboration with Sales Managers: Work closely with sales managers to understand team needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and establish clear expectations for real estate agents  Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property developments, and industry changes  Networking and Events: Attend industry networking events, career fairs, and community gatherings to establish connections with potential real estate agents and promote our company's reputation as an employer of choice  Employer Branding: Effectively articulate our company's value proposition, culture, and growth opportunities to attract and retain top real estate talent  Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new real estate agents, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and support to succeed in their roles  Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)  Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and selecting professionals and meeting/exceeding goals - required Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including key neighborhoods, property types, and market dynamics  Excellent understanding of real estate agent qualifications, licensing requirements, and industry-specific skills  Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and industry stakeholders  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels  Microsoft Office and Outlook  Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and  integrity  Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team  A positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in a competitive and fast-paced  environment Skills Excellent verbal and written communication  Active Listening  Judgement and decision making  Critical thinking  Service Orientation  Coordination Your LocationThis position is remote eligible for candidates based in Pennsylvania. The role may include occasional work at a SERHANT. office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
