Description: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)/Rehab Director – LakePlacid, FL Synergy Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)/Rehab Director for a full-time position in an outpatient clinic located within an Assisted Living/Independent Living (AL/IL) community in LakePlacid, FL. We are looking for a team-oriented COTA who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
