Job Description
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field OR equivalent relevant experienceREQUIRED • Minimum 5 years of experience in a stamping or manufacturing environment with leadership and process optimization responsibilitiesREQUIRED • Strong knowledge of tool and die principles and practicesREQUIRED • Demonstrated experience implementing SMED and manufacturing process optimization initiativesREQUIRED • Proven leadership experience developing and leading high-performance teamsREQUIRED • Proven leadership capability including coaching, mentoring and supervision within a team environmentREQUIRED • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skillsREQUIRED • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectivelyREQUIRED • Strong interpersonal and communication skillsREQUIRED • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelREQUIRED • Availability and flexibility to support multiple shifts and days of the week, including weekends, as neededREQUIRED • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods, stooping, bending, manual dexterity and lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistanceREQUIREDPREFERRED • 1-3 years of experience in a medium/high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment Not ready to formally apply?
