About the role
Clinical Education & Practice Support Specialist - Advanced & Integrative Medicine An established medical distribution company is expanding our clinical team and looking for an experienced healthcare provider to support and educate our growing network of medical practices. This person becomes a key clinical resource for our customers after they join our organization. You will lead the clinical side of onboarding, educate providers and staff on our products and available resources, and help practices confidently integrate our portfolio of innovative medical products and technologies into their practice.
Please Note:
This position is remote in the U.S. with up to 30% travel. Beyond onboarding, you will provide ongoing clinical support when providers have product, application, utilization, or patient-related questions, connect them with the appropriate clinical and educational resources, and make sure they have the support they need to be successful. You will also conduct one-on-one provider education, virtual trainings, webinars, and professional presentations and serve as a clinical resource to our internal Sales and Account Management teams. We are looking for an MD, DO, NP, PA, or CRNA with experience in musculoskeletal medicine, injection-based procedures, aesthetics, integrative medicine, or other cash-pay services. This is a provider-to-provider clinical support and education role for someone who enjoys teaching, solving problems, and building trusted relationships with other healthcare professionals. This Role Is For Someone Who Brings positive energy and personality to clinical education. You establish credibility with providers quickly, make people comfortable asking questions, and have a way of getting people genuinely engaged and interested in learning Genuinely enjoys teaching and can take sophisticated clinical and scientific information and make it practical, understandable, and useful without losing the credibility behind it Is resourceful and has good clinical judgment. You do not need to have every answer, but you know how to find it, when to research, when to collaborate, and when to bring in the right clinical resource Takes ownership of the clinics and providers you support. Whether you are onboarding a new practice, answering a clinical question, or helping with a patient-specific need, you stay engaged, follow through, and make sure our clinic partners get what they need Understands and respects that clinicians make independent decisions based on their own clinical judgment. You provide education, information, and support within established clinical and regulatory guidelines and boundaries, and know when a question requires additional clinical expertise or resources Works collaboratively and brings energy to the team. You communicate well with Sales, Account Management, clinical resources, and leadership and understand that great clinic partner support comes from getting the right people working together Ideal Experience Clinical experience in orthopedics, musculoskeletal medicine, injection-based applications, aesthetics, functional or integrative medicine, or other cash-pay clinical services Experience working within an independent medical practice and an understanding of how clinical services are incorporated into the day-to-day operation of a practice Experience educating other healthcare providers through clinical education, training, precepting, speaking, or provider-to-provider education strongly preferred Experience communicating sophisticated clinical and scientific information to healthcare professionals in a clear, practical, and credible wayMD, DO, NP, PA, or CRNA clinical background. Active clinical license is not required for this non-treating education and support role.
