We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Bench Mechanic to support MRO operations and oversee daily operations and guide a team of Bench Mechanics. This a working leader position with a great opportunity growth. Bench Mechanic Team Lead responsibilities may include but not limited to: This position will support MRO Operations, specifically but not limited to Tubes/SS Fin/Military Perform on-site maintenance, inspections and repairs while directing your team on assignments Assist in retaining and maintaining all on-site records in both hard copy and electronic form Continuously update and utilize an electronic, online maintenance tracking mechanism to allow for efficient maintenance planning, time limit item tracking Adhere to company policies including all safety compliances Manages material readiness, inventory and accountability of all maintenance related materials, specifically aviation parts, and tooling Read and understand Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, and Structural Repair Manuals Other duties as assigned to meet production demands
