Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Fleet Associate to join our team at the Salt Lake International Airport. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and keeping things organized and running smoothly. As a Fleet Associate, you’ll help keep rental vehicles clean, fueled, inspected, organized, and ready for customers while supporting daily airport and fleet operations. You’ll drive a variety of vehicles, move cars between locations, perform lot checks, and communicate vehicle needs to the operations and service teams.

What You'll Do:
Vehicle Preparation & Maintenance Clean interiors and exteriors to company and customer standards. Refuel vehicles and check essential fluid levels. Perform visual inspections and report damage or maintenance needs. Ensure vehicles are in excellent condition and rental-ready. Lot & Fleet Operations Park and organize vehicles according to inventory guidelines. Maintain a clean, orderly lot and assist with snow or debris removal as needed. Assist with vehicle check-ins and check-outs during busy periods. Track inventory, perform audits, and complete lot checks. Transportation & Team Support Shuttle vehicles between local branches, airport facilities, and maintenance shops. Communicate vehicle availability and needs with operations and service teams.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid Utah driver’s license with a clean driving record. Comfortable driving cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. Ability to work in cold, snow, heat, and other weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and safely operate vehicles throughout the day.\nCompany
