This full-time, on-site role emphasizes coaching staff, delivering exceptional member service, ensuring policy compliance, and driving branch growth. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, solid communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Occasional travel to TENCU's Main Branch may be required.
