About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Oracle Enterprise Program Manager to lead transformation change in technology and business tools within a company that is scaling and expanding rapidly via M&A. This critical high visible role will work directly with C-level executives and business unit leaders to define business needs, develop project scope and deliverables, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive execution.Our client is a profitable American-owned utility infrastructure services provider targeting growth of 3X in the next 5 years. The first major initiative will be leading the conversion from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Additional programs will include business intelligence and AI tools to enhance effectiveness in Operations, Accounting/Finance, Sales/Marketing HR, and Supply Chain applications.Essential Job Functions include:· Partner with senior executives and business leaders to define business needs, challenges, priorities, and opportunities· Prioritize competing project initiatives based on business value, urgency, strategic alignment, risk, cost, and organizational impact· Develop business cases and recommendations to support investment and resources required· Lead complex, cross-functional business transformation and enterprise technology initiatives· Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, internal IT resources, executive leadership, and third-party partners· Lead conversion of legacy Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including user adoption· Establish project governance, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, accountability, and communication· Proactively identify roadblocks, competing priorities, and resource constraints while recommending solutionsQualifications and Experience Required:· BS/BA in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred· MBA a plus, but not required· 10+ years of enterprise program management, PMO business transformation, enterprise applications, portfolio management, or related large program conversion experience· Meaningful Oracle ERP experience, including Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud, with experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, modernization, or migrations· Expertise leading a disciplined, methodical stage-gate process or similar system to ensure continued alignment and prioritization of competing initiatives will all key stakeholders· History of success prioritizing multi-million-dollar projects based on value, budget, resources, timing, risk, and strategic importance· Advanced communication and relationship management skills to partner with senior executives to challenge assumptions, negotiate priorities, and own the results· Well-rounded business acumen across Finance, Operations, Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and HR functions· Experience with change management, process improvement, legacy-system modernization, and enterprise technology deployment· M&A acquisition and technology integration experience preferred· Confident, self-sufficient, proactive, and skilled at influencing within a matrixed organization· Hybrid work schedule from the Atlanta HQ with 10-15% travelCompensation includes an attractive base salary commensurate with experience, annual bonus incentives, paid vacation, comprehensive health/life insurance, and 401k with company match.
