About the role

Elbit America, Inc. is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to guide the development of a new greenfield munitions facility from concept to full-rate production. You will lead AI&T production lines for Class 3 UAVs and air-to-ground missiles, including warhead integration, and work with senior leadership across the division and company. The role involves designing manufacturing concepts, equipment needs, layouts, and test infrastructure, with emphasis on safety, quality, and scalable
