About the role
Full-Time Receptionist/Client Services Associate SAGE Counseling is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Receptionist/Client Services Associate to provide support for clients at SAGE Counseling by greeting clients, processing payments, assisting with various administrative duties, and communicating with the clinical team.
Pay: up to $22.00 per hour
The ideal candidate for this position is a friendly, organized, detail orientated individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic and a background in office administration.
This is a Full-Time, in-person position - hours will be Monday to Thursday 8AM 5:30PM and Friday 8:30AM 3:30PM. Located at our Central Phx office - 85018 (at 32nd St and Osborn).
Bilingual differential pay for those bilingual in Spanish!!!

Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required. AA in related field preferred.
Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Differential pay offered!
Prior experience in behavioral health field strongly preferred
Ability to use standard office equipment including copy machine, printer and fax
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
Strong organizational and time management skills
