About the role
Owning and coordinating the end-to-end contract lifecycle, the full-time Contracts Advisor will ensure efficient contract execution and stakeholder alignment while working primarily in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Manage assigned contracts from intake through execution, ensuring timely progress and compliance
Facilitate cross-functional coordination among teams such as Commercial, Legal, and Finance to support contract execution
Monitor contract portfolios for risks and bottlenecks, proactively escalating issues to maintain deal velocity
Required qualifications:
3-7 years of experience in contract administration, management, or related business functions
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems or workflow automation tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and compliance records within enterprise systems
