About the role
DDN is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to lead governance and entity compliance across its global subsidiary structure. You'll partner with finance, tax, and outside counsel to keep all entities in good standing and to support board and governance activities. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you'll manage filings, records, and documents, support FCPA/OFAC compliance, KYC diligence, and cross-border transactions, while driving scalable governance processes across regions.
