Have Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED2–3+ years of maintenance technician experienceCMS system experience – REQUIREDHands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment/systems Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform maintenance Ability to work independently with limited supervision PreferredPLC knowledge Apprenticeship, Associate Degree, or Journeyman card Experience in manufacturing/chemical/pharmaceutical production facilities Equipment failure analysis and preventive maintenance experience Experience improving equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical/electrical equipment issues. Repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime. Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes. Recommend equipment/process improvements. Follow engineering, maintenance, safety, and site procedures. Support less-experienced maintenance team members when needed.
