About the Role: Keer America is seeking a motivated and results-oriented General Manager Assistant – Sales to support the General Manager in managing sales activities, customer relationships, and business development. This role works closely with the General Manager and sales team to help break down sales targets, track performance, follow up on customer opportunities, and ensure sales plans are carried out effectively. The position will also have direct involvement in the market through customer visits, account management, and new customer development. This is a good opportunity for someone with sales experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and develop toward a future Sales Manager role. Experience in textile, apparel, yarn, fabric, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Management & Target Follow-UpAssist the General Manager with day-to-day management and coordination of the sales team. Help break company sales targets into individual, customer, product, and market goals. Track sales results and regularly follow up with sales team members on progress. Monitor sales pipelines, customer activities, forecasts, and open opportunities. Identify gaps between actual sales and targets and follow up on improvement actions. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the General Manager. Help keep the sales team focused on priorities and overall target achievement. Customer & Account Management Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Regularly visit customers to understand their needs, purchasing plans, and market conditions. Follow up on quotations, orders, pricing, and customer requests. Identify opportunities to increase business with existing accounts. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and support customer satisfaction. Participate in key customer meetings and commercial discussions. New Customer Development Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities. Conduct customer outreach, market visits, networking, and other business development activities. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers. Follow up with potential customers from initial contact through quotation and order development. Attend trade shows and industry events when needed. Market Research & Sales Planning Gather information on market demand, pricing, competitors, and customer trends. Provide customer and market feedback to the General Manager. Assist in developing sales plans and identifying potential markets and customer segments. Monitor sales performance by customer, product, and market. Support sales forecasting and planning. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with production, planning, logistics, quality, customer service, and finance. Communicate customer requirements and sales forecasts internally. Follow up on major orders and issues that may affect delivery or customer satisfaction. Assist with pricing, contracts, payment terms, and other commercial matters as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred.2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related commercial role. Experience in textile, apparel, yarn, fabric, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred. Experience working with B2B customers is preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable working with sales targets and performance tracking. Ability to analyze basic sales data and prepare reports. Willing to travel regularly for customer and market visits. Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred. Career Growth This position provides exposure to both sales execution and sales team management. Strong performers will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and develop toward a Sales Manager position as the business grows.
