Role General Orthopedic Surgeon

Responsibilities: Perform routine orthopedic cases, joint replacements, fracture management, knee and shoulder scopes, Achilles tendon repairs, carpal tunnel releases, and some sports-related surgeries. Handle approximately 7-10 days of call per month. Qualifications & Skills Surgical expertise in diverse orthopedic procedures; ability to manage complex cases; strong clinical skills; and adaptability to a community with a diverse patient demographic, including seniors and families.

Key Duties: Provide high-quality orthopedic care, perform surgical procedures, and contribute to patient recovery and satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary ranging from $450K to $600K (varying with W-2 or 1099)
