About the role

Role Overview: Apply your arts, media, and design expertise to reconstruct and elevate executive-level business presentations while contributing real-world input that helps train next-generation AI systems. You will turn slide images into polished Microsoft PowerPoint files for topics such as editorial strategy, audience analysis, production planning, and creative reviews.
Key Responsibilities: Rebuild business-focused slides in Microsoft PowerPoint, accurately preserving all source content while producing cohesive, professional formatting. Improve clarity, data visualization, visual storytelling, and overall presentation appeal using design and media-communication best practices. Create a detailed log for each slide that explains improvements, intentional decisions to retain existing elements, and the rationale for those choices. Identify, evaluate, and defend strong design or editorial decisions, rather than only correcting weaker elements. Preserve terminology, caveats, and domain definitions with factual accuracy and context-sensitive edits.
Qualifications: At least 3 years of practical experience in media, publishing, entertainment, or design-related roles. Demonstrated ability to create and enhance executive-level or client-facing PowerPoint presentations, particularly those involving sophisticated data visualization and narrative structure. Strong skills in slide reconstruction, presentation design, visual storytelling, content editing, message hierarchy, critical thinking, written communication, and attention to detail. Expert command of PowerPoint layout, formatting, and design features. Ability to provide clear, evidence-based reasoning for both presentation changes and decisions to preserve original content or style. Familiarity with factual accuracy, domain-specific terminology, and editorial decision-making nuances. Experience with AI training data, model evaluation, or rubric writing is helpful but not required. No prior AI experience is required. Work Terms Remote contract engagement. Complete individual slide assignments within approximately 1-2 hours per slide. Participate in flexible, sprint-based project cycles as assignments are available. Compensation $150-$350 per hour.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
