About the role
Occupational Therapist - Inpatient & Outpatient The Occupational Therapist will provide care in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care. The role requires flexibility and the ability to treat a diverse patient population, adapting treatment approaches based on individual cognitive capacities. You will typically be assigned to a specific area with the possibility of floating to support other areas as needed.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' physical and cognitive abilities.
Collaborate with the healthcare team and utilize resources available within the department.
Maintain accurate patient records in the TruBridge - Evident charting system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
BLS Certification is required.
Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is preferred.
Flexibility to work with a variety of diagnoses, including pediatric patients.
