About the role

Mass Mutual's Reinsurance Development Team is seeking an experienced actuary to lead analytics and modeling for reinsurance across the organization. Based in Boston or Springfield, MA, you will partner with internal teams and external partners to understand current and projected reinsurance performance. The role requires ASA or FSA, 5 years of life/health/annuity experience, and strong communication to present findings to senior leadership.
