About the role

Office Services Coordinator Pay Rate: $25.00 Location: 777 Brickell Avenue, Miami Work Environment: Onsite position five days a week. Professional attire Monday - Thursday, Jeans day on Friday. See comments for suppliers section for dress code. Parking is covered. Resource's typical working day: Ordering Insta Cart, Keeping office stocked and clear, Greeting Guests, Paying invoices, Reconciling expenses (credit cards), Validating parking (within the first 10 mins), Answering the phone. Years of Experience needed: 2+ Years of experience is required in a front facing professional role such as receptionist or administrative assistant. Level of Education: H.S Diploma Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite experience is required, Campaign logic or create an email campaign experience is preferred. Top 5 Must have Soft Skills: Communication, Dependable, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professional Demeanor. Top 3 Must have Skills: Associate or Bachelor's degree, Experience working Front desk, Very formal professional environment.
Interview Process: 1 round. Work Equipment Issued: Laptop. Comments for Suppliers: DRESS CODE: Tailored dress pants/slacks, khakis, and professional jeans. Shorts, leggings, and ripped, frayed, faded, or bleached jeans are not acceptable. Fitted, flowy, and/or ironed blouses or button-down shirts with a collar, and Polos. Spaghetti strap or sheer/tight tops, T-shirts, and crop tops are not acceptable. Keep brand logos to a minimum. Knee-length (or below) skirts and dresses. Avoid sundresses, miniskirts, spaghetti straps, or anything sheer or tight-fitting. Sweaters, vests, and cardigans. Sweatshirts are not acceptable. Blazers and sport jackets. These items are welcome but not required. Professional and clean dress shoes, loafers, boots, sneakers, flats, heels, sandals, and wedges. Flip flops, combat or hiking boots, gym/athletic shoes, and casual sandals are not acceptable.
