🚨 HIRING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – BOISE, IDAHO 🚨Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Boise, Idaho
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PMInterview: Onsite – Start: Immediate
Job Responsibilities: Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations. Add and update cases from the FTP site into the IRIS system accurately and efficiently. Contact victims or claimants by phone or email when additional information is required. Review information and documentation for completeness and accuracy. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive case and personal information. Follow established procedures and ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating with victims, claimants, and providers by phone and email. Ability to follow established procedures and work independently. Comfortable working with data systems and confidential information. Professional communication and customer-service skills. Medical billing knowledge is a plus, including familiarity with: CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms Explanation of Benefits (EOB)Medical records and billing details📩 Interested candidates: Please share your updated resume and contact information for immediate consideration.
