Manufacturing Associates Nesco Resource is seeking Manufacturing Associates for a long-time client in Warren, MI. Our client is a Tier One automotive supplier with a strong reputation for quality and stability. Manufacturing Associate – 1st Shift Location: Warren, MIPay$21/hour Shift & Schedule 1st Shift only Start times: 4:00 AM – 7:00 AMStandard hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMSchedule may include 12-hour shifts, 7-day workweeks, and overtime as needed Typical rotation is 19 consecutive workdays followed by 2 days off
Responsibilities: Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment per SOPsAssemble automotive components to production specifications Inspect parts for quality and report defects Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow all safety policies and procedures Meet daily production goals Work with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, not required Strong attention to detail Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime
