About UsHeadquartered in College Park, Maryland, ANGARAI is a professional management solution and services organization with a Project Management Office (PMO), specializing in Enterprise Transformation Services and Enterprise Oversight Services.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to lead cross-functional workshops and guide enterprise ERP modernization initiatives within an SAP environment.This role will facilitate current-state ("as-is") business process documentation, define future-state ("to-be") operating models, and develop modernization blueprints supporting SAP S/4HANA upgrades or transition to alternative ERP platforms. The Consultant will provide strategic leadership, governance guidance, and executive-level recommendations aligned with enterprise objectives.The ideal candidate combines strong SAP expertise, enterprise transformation experience, and proven workshop facilitation capabilities.Key Responsibilities1. Project Leadership & GovernanceConduct project kickoff sessions with executive leadership and key stakeholdersDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement strategiesEstablish governance frameworks, communication cadence, and performance KPIsProvide executive-level reporting and strategic guidance2. Current State ("As-Is") Process FacilitationLead structured cross-functional workshops across finance, treasury, budgeting, procurement, HR/payroll, asset management, and related ERP functionsGuide documentation of workflows, system integrations, dependencies, and operational challengesIdentify system limitations, inefficiencies, and risk areasOversee development of issue logs and risk summaries3. Future State & Modernization StrategyFacilitate collaborative sessions to define optimized future-state processesConduct structured gap analysis between current and desired statesRecommend automation, standardization, and process optimization strategiesDevelop ERP modernization roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives4.
