About the role

About Endurium Endurium doesn’t just advise. We roll up our sleeves and drive results alongside our clients. Founded by leaders with decades of experience at companies like Ally Financial, General Electric, and Owens Corning, we help credit unions and owner-led businesses grow, operate more efficiently, and build lasting value.
The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Business Development Leader to drive new growth across our credit union and small business markets. You’ll work directly with our founding partners and help design how Endurium sells, from strategy and messaging to the playbook and processes behind them. If you have a strong credit union network and love building something, we’d like to talk. What You’ll SellCredit Union Solutions: strategic planning, process improvement, change management, pricing and profitability, and digital innovation, all built specifically for credit unions. Enterprise Value Solution (EVS): our flagship program for owner-led businesses. It measures a company’s quality, risk, and value, then delivers a clear roadmap, live financial reporting, and hands-on support to grow it. Green Leaf Intelligence (GLI): a membership platform that gives owners of service-based businesses a monthly Enterprise Value, live performance insights, and a private community of peer owners.
What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business with credit union executives and small business owners
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations and match clients with the right Endurium solution
  • Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline
  • Represent Endurium at credit union leagues, industry conferences, and networking events
  • Partner with our delivery teams for smooth client handoffs and cross-sell opportunities
  • Help shape our sales playbook, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a record of exceeding quota
  • An established network in the credit union industry (required)
  • Experience selling to small business owners, ideally advisory or professional services
  • Comfort discussing financials, operations, and business value with owners and executives
  • An entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach
  • Strong presentation skills, in person and virtual
Compensation Base salary of $60,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience, plus uncapped commission. Why Endurium? You’ll have direct access to our leadership team, real influence on how we grow, and a portfolio that gives owners something most have never had: a clear picture of what their business is worth and how to grow it.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
