The Music Publishing team here at Client is looking for a royalty payment specialist who will review invoices, calculate and propose royalty payments, and enter and maintain data in internal systems.
Duties: Bundle and propose for payment music publishing invoices for Tunes and Client Music. Investigate variance. Resolve or escalate validation errors. Perform user acceptance testing in all related systems. Account external partner invoice related queries. Provide email support for Client's self-service portal for external partners.
Skills: Accuracy and rigorous attention to detail; able to follow defined processes. Confidence and consistency with payment related judgement in deciding when to escalate ambiguous cases. Exceptional organizational skills. Excellent habits of self-review to insure consistent, error-free work. Effective communication with internal and external partners. Excel proficiency. Flexible and willing to learn about new tools and different procedures. Able to work as part of a distributed global team.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
