About the role
We don't care about looking the part; we care about doing the work and treating people well. We're a team of designers and strategists who are genuinely obsessed with the craft—the kind of people who notice a kerning error from across the room and understand that a well-designed sub-navigation is just as vital as a hero image. We're looking for a Senior Art Director who shares that level of intent. We need a creative leader who can establish a high-level vision, but who also finds joy in getting in the trenches alongside the team to ensure every pixel earns its place. As a Senior Art Director at Nebo, you are the creative compass for your projects. This isn't a "hands-off" management role; it's a leadership role built on inspiration and execution. You will lead a group of designers through the entire lifecycle of a project—from the first messy whiteboard session to the final, polished launch.ResponsibilitiesDevelop concepts and directions for interactive and digital media projects.Lead and inspire creative teams. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
