About the role
Role Overview Apply senior-level marketing judgment to help advance frontier AI systems that produce professional business documents. You will create realistic marketing tasks, develop exemplary deliverables, and evaluate model outputs for the strategic and presentation standards expected in enterprise settings. AI experience is not required, your marketing expertise is central to the work. Key Responsibilities Design tasks that mirror real-world marketing workflows, including campaign planning, brand reviews, and enterprise launch-material development. Create gold-standard campaign briefs, brand decks, launch narratives, and executive marketing readouts. Evaluate AI-generated marketing content for brand-voice alignment, strategic depth, audience fit, and narrative coherence. Develop detailed scoring rubrics that distinguish high-impact, boardroom-ready work from generic materials. Identify and document marketing communication failure modes, including weak positioning, tonal drift, and insufficient differentiation. Partner with project leaders to refine task guidance and assessment criteria. Provide actionable feedback and data that improve AI performance on marketing use cases. Qualifications At least 5 years of marketing experience supporting Fortune 500 or comparable enterprise brands. Demonstrated ownership of campaign decks, brand narratives, or launch materials. Expert knowledge of strategic marketing frameworks, including brand positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market narrative development. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong command of brand voice, strategic writing, and executive-level deck development. Experience creating or evaluating marketing deliverables for C-suite or senior leadership audiences. Strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, and commitment to rubric fidelity and deliverable quality. A master’s degree is preferred; an MBA is a significant asset. Work Terms Independent contractor engagement. Remote role for candidates based in the United States. Compensation $100 to $200 per hour.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
