About the role
Hennig is seeking a Powder Coat Painter III to serve as an advanced technical resource and trainer within the powder coat work center, independently performing all required operations while supporting production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting work-center issues, reviewing production schedules and quality requirements, performing repair and rework, monitoring downstream impacts, and using drawings and 3D models to verify parts.
