Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the emergency department Oversee quality of care, patient safety, and operational performance Collaborate with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams Mentor and support physicians and clinical staff Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure best practices Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning
