Role & Responsibilities: Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets. Allocate incoming leads to sales executives and ensure timely follow-ups. Monitor the complete sales process from lead generation to payment collection. Personally handle high-value leads and support the team in closing important deals. Train sales executives on sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation and closing. Conduct daily sales meetings and review individual team performance. Track calls, follow-ups, quotations, conversions and pending leads. Ensure every qualified lead receives proper and timely follow-up. Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and monthly sales. Handle customer negotiations and close digital marketing service packages. Prepare and review quotations and proposals. Maintain accurate sales records using CRM/Google Sheets. Identify reasons for lost leads and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Service Team for new customer onboarding. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Recruit, train and develop new sales team members. Achieve both individual and team sales targets.
