About the role

Quality Technician Adler Pelzer Group is a globally leading supplier of components and systems for the commercial vehicle and automotive industries headquartered in France. We are seeking a motivated and committed Quality Technician. The Quality Technician ensures quality standards are met during the manufacturing process. The following are the major duties and responsibilities of the Quality Technician: Complete Receiving Inspection per Work Instructions. Test realization of pellet specific gravity Tests realization of Melt flow rate Prepare material test reports Assurance the Check Fixture Usage Maintain Calibrations per QSI Calibration maintenance to Check fixture devices Perform of Scrap Entry-Reporting Complete testing per Work Instructions. Completes forms, recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability in training new operators to WI's and customer specification requirements. Overtime is sometimes required which may include weekends. Adhere to ISO 14001 requirementsAdhere to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirementsAdhere to Customer Specific requirements Execution of layered process audits
