Description: Hands-On Work. Active Shifts. Essential Operations. General Labor Bin Repair / Sorting Hourly Range: $16.90 This position supports daily recycling and waste operations through physical, hands-on work. As a General Labor team member, you will assist with bin repair, material sorting, and facility support that keeps operations moving safely and efficiently. What You'll Do: Repair and handle carts and bins Sort recyclable materials and trash on conveyor lines Perform floor sorting and cleanup tasks Follow safety procedures and production requirements Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Ability to perform physical work for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Dependable attendance and punctuality Safety-focused mindset Willingness to work flexible schedules Pay & Schedule Hourly pay Schedule based on operational needs Overtime and weekend work may be requiredPERFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS: Recycling/Solid Waste Industry a plus.
