Job description: Packaging Associate – Cannabis Production Indulge Distribution-Full-Time Indulge Distribution is a rapidly growing cannabis company looking for a Packaging Associate to join our production team. This role is responsible for packaging cannabis products including joints, blunts, cartridges, flower, and other finished goods while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities: Package cannabis products including pre-rolls, blunts, cartridges, and flower Weigh, label, seal, and assemble products accurately Follow all company SOPs and state compliance requirements Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet daily production and packaging goals Work collaboratively with the production team Report any quality or compliance issues to management Assist with other production tasks as needed
