Quince is seeking a Paid Social Video Producer to lead end-to-end in-house shoots, from planning to post-production handoff. You will own on-set leadership, framing, pacing, and creative quality for performance-focused content. This role demands hands-on shooting, lighting, talent direction, and cross-functional collaboration to scale our performance content engine. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with Growth Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to deliver modular assets
