About the role
Providing technical leadership for Zscaler's Zero Trust Browser solutions, the full-time Principal Product Specialist will own product success throughout the sales lifecycle, engaging with customers and developing technical collateral while working remotely within the USA on Eastern Time.
Key responsibilities
Lead technical discussions and workshops with customer executives regarding browser security strategy
Articulate the value of browser-layer security controls and support technical evaluations and deployments
Develop technical documentation and collateral to assist internal teams and enhance customer presentations
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management, presales, or professional services within infrastructure technology or cybersecurity
Deep technical expertise in browser security and Zero Trust architecture
Strong understanding of Internet and security protocols, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, and DNS
Proven experience in developing technical collateral and supporting go-to-market initiatives
Foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in cybersecurity solutions
