About the role
Serving as a point of contact for clients, the full-time State Licensed Client Coordinator will provide administrative support to Client Managers, respond to client inquiries, facilitate resolutions, and assist in client-facing responsibilities, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and Client Managers, addressing client questions and concerns
Generate client-specific reports and assist in the retention of business through effective communication
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and benefit fairs as needed
Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a TPA or insurance environment
Knowledge of benefit-related federal laws (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA)
Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
