About the role

Working remotely on a contracted basis, the Freelance Career Transition Coach will support participants in career development and job search efforts, establishing trust and providing personalized guidance throughout their transition journey. Key responsibilities Establish strong, trusting relationships with participants and create a supportive coaching environment Guide participants in defining clear goals, maintaining momentum, and progressing towards their professional objectives Assist with professional branding, CV preparation, networking strategies, job search techniques, and interview preparation Required qualifications Practical experience in human resources with a solid understanding of restructuring processes in France Expertise in career development, including personal branding and job search strategies A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience with knowledge of organizational structures and decision-making processes Fluency in English, as the role involves interaction with international stakeholders Experience conducting remote coaching sessions and proficiency with technology tools
