What You'll Earn: Base pay of$24/hr, with total average pay reaching$24–$35/hrwhen commission is factored in — with top performers earning$1,000+/weekin commission alone!
What You'll Do: Knock on 60+ doors a day, talking to residents about no-cost home energy assessments Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed!) Attend bi-weekly team meetings
What You Need: People skills from sales, retail, or customer service Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be 18+ Comfortable talking to new people and traveling up to 1 hour
