About the role

Job Description: Operates and controls pressurized systems, testing functionality of all field equipment. Diagnoses and assesses service issues, documenting and noting required repairs. Supports maintenance staff with operational assistance as needed. Ensures equipment quality through preventative maintenance and adherence to company standard operating procedures. Documents all work performed within Keane's CMMS. Performs final inspections of equipment to monitor safety and efficiency. Verifies equipment is road ready. Performs all other duties as assigned. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, ethical behavior, and commitment to company values. Maintains composure in highly stressful or adverse situations. Learns and integrates new technical skills quickly; maintains current knowledge in field of expertise. Safety-oriented and able to analyze problems systematically, considering alternatives and rejecting unacceptable options. Provides tactful, direct, and actionable feedback; constructively confronts people problems and stressful situations. Must understand and speak English at a proficiency level sufficient to issue, receive, and respond to safety- and operations-related directions.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 24 years FRAC experience preferred. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate and inspect pressurized equipment reliably.
