Job Description: Shipping/Receiving Inventory Specialist
Location: Boynton Beach, FL 33426
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMPosition Overview
Sonicare Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Inventory Specialist to assist with daily warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate is organized, works with a sense of urgency, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Stock and stack products in designated areas
  • Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Load and organize outgoing shipments
  • Verify inventory and shipments for accuracy
  • Review and process invoices and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
  • Assist with general inventory and warehouse organization
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding orders and shipments
Qualifications:
  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
  • Experience working with invoices and Bills of LadingStrong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team#WPB
