About the role
Deloitte is seeking an experienced M&A Human Capital Manager to join the Integration & Divestiture team. You will lead human capital workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures, including planning, execution, and delivery management, while advising on HR functional integration and workforce transition. The role requires 6+ years in HR and M&A, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 50%. MBA preference and sponsorship considerations apply.
