Job Description
Hours: Thursdays through Saturday's. We have an immediate opening for a part-time and full time, receptionist for our Blo Blow Dry Bar. The candidate must have exceptional customer service skills. Customer satisfaction is our company's number one focus. Applicants must:speak fluent Englishhave great customer service skillsbe willing to train and learn about the services that we offerhave reliable transportationbasic computer skillssalon/spa experience a must Passion for the beauty and hair industry a plus!attention to detail and multi-tasking a mustorganized and can work independentlyfriendly and personable Applicants will be required to: Answer the phones and book and manage appointments for 4 locations Experience communicating via email and phone Check emails and voicemails throughout the day Manage appointments for 4 locations Be able to open/close salonweekend availability is a must
